1. Global Dispatch From Ladakh
All items are securely packaged in wooden crating or robust transit materials depending on weight, directly at our workshop in Leh, Ladakh (Altitude 3,500m). Because of our extreme geographical location, winter shipping (November–March) may incur slight routing delays due to heavy snowfall over the Himalayan passes. We explicitly inform you of all current logistics timelines at the time of your order.
2. Shipping Tariffs
Delivery charges are calculated based strictly on volumetric weight and final destination. The cost of shipping (whether via air freight or road transport to mainland India and beyond) will be provided distinctly on your bespoke invoice.
3. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the hyper-personalized, handcrafted nature of our Shingskos heritage pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once carving has commenced.
- Cancellations: Permitted only within 48 hours of placing the deposit, prior to the timber being prepared.
- Transit Damage: All major pieces are shipped fully insured. In the exceptionally rare case a piece sustains structural damage en route, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will initiate claims and repair/replacement protocols.
