Terms & Conditions

By engaging with Ladakh Wood Works for a custom piece, you agree to the specifications finalized via consultation. Variations in grain and minor design nuances are inherent hallmarks of genuine hand-carved timber and are not defects.

Because all woodwork is carved explicitly to order, we require a 50% non-refundable advance deposit. The remaining 50% is due directly prior to dispatch.

Ladakhi woodcarving is a slow, methodical heritage craft. Average estimated lead times range from 10 days to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.
